EasyTip
Tipping made simple

EasyTip exists for the people who make hospitality what it is — the staff who show up, go the extra mile, and deserve to be recognised for it. In a world where cash is disappearing from pockets, EasyTip makes sure gratitude doesn't disappear with it.
Built for restaurants, salons, hotels, and service businesses, EasyTip turns the simple act of tipping into something seamless — for customers, for staff, and for the businesses that depend on both.

To build a website that could speak clearly to multiple audiences — business owners, staff, and partners — across different industries and markets, all while keeping the message simple and the journey to sign-up frictionless.
The site is built around clarity. EasyTip's value is immediate and human, so every section was designed to lead with that — real outcomes, real businesses, real people benefiting from a smarter way to tip. The navigation and content structure were carefully considered to serve both a first-time visitor and a returning business owner looking for something specific.
To support EasyTip's growth ambitions, we built localisation directly into the architecture, allowing the team to serve distinct market experiences without fragmentation. Compliance messaging — an important differentiator for EasyTip — was woven naturally into the experience rather than buried, giving prospective customers confidence from the very first scroll.

The new EasyTip website reflects exactly where the brand is headed — confident, clear, and built for scale. It gives the business a platform that can grow with them, whether that's new markets, new products, or new partnerships.
For us at Lily, this was a project where purpose and craft came together. EasyTip is doing something genuinely meaningful for the people who power hospitality, and it was a privilege to help tell that story in a way that does it justice.
