GuardianVets
All-In-One Veterinary Front Desk

GuardianVets exists for the veterinary practices that refuse to let the phone go unanswered. Built for clinics, hospitals, and emergency practices across the US, their platform combines AI, credentialed veterinary technicians, and smart front desk automation to make sure every call, message, and after-hours emergency is handled — and every opportunity to book an appointment is captured.
In a profession defined by care, GuardianVets makes sure that care never clocks out.

To build a website that could clearly communicate a sophisticated, multi-layered platform to a highly specialised audience — veterinary practice owners and clinic managers who are time-poor, sceptical of over-promised tech, and deeply protective of their client relationships.
The site leads with outcomes, not features. Every section is built around what a practice owner actually feels — the dread of a missed call, the burnout of after-hours pressure, the relief of knowing someone qualified is always available. That emotional grounding makes the platform's technical depth feel reassuring rather than overwhelming.
The feature architecture was organised to show how everything connects — phones, AI, human coverage, PIMS integration — as a single coherent system rather than a list of separate tools. Proof points, real metrics, and practitioner voices were placed throughout to build trust steadily, creating a journey that earns confidence long before the demo request.

The new GuardianVets website is a platform that works as hard as the product it represents — available, clear, and built to convert the right kind of attention into real conversations.
For us at Lily, this was a deeply satisfying project. GuardianVets is solving a real problem for a community of professionals who pour everything into their work. Getting to build something that reflects that dedication — and helps more practices find the support they deserve — felt like exactly the right kind of work.
