Kletta exists for the people who are too busy building their business to worry about bookkeeping. Designed for sole traders — hairdressers, couriers, personal trainers, content creators — it removes the stress of taxes, invoicing, and financial admin with a single, beautifully simple app.

Built on the belief that running your own business shouldn't mean drowning in paperwork, Kletta turns one of the most anxiety-inducing parts of self-employment into something you barely have to think about.

02 — The challenge

To build a website that could speak directly to a broad audience of non-finance-minded individuals — people who are often intimidated by accounting — and immediately make them feel like Kletta was made for them.

03 — Approach & solution

Everything on the Kletta site was designed to reduce friction and build confidence. The language is warm and direct, the feature explanations are brief and benefit-led, and the journey from landing to sign-up is as short as possible — because the audience Kletta serves values their time above all else.

To support Kletta's growth across multiple markets, the site was built with localisation at its core, allowing the team to serve Finnish, UK, and international audiences from a single, well-structured platform. Pricing, onboarding, and conversion flows were considered at every stage, ensuring the site does the work of turning curious visitors into committed users.

Kletta was one of those projects where the right direction felt clear from the start. Everything about the experience was designed to make something that can feel intimidating feel approachable instead. That gave us a simple principle to work with throughout the project: if something could be clearer, warmer, or easier, it should be. Building a website around that idea made the process feel refreshingly straightforward.

The new Kletta website is a true reflection of the product it represents — simple, friendly, and built for real people. It gives the brand a platform that can grow alongside their ambitions, whether that's new markets, new features, or a growing community of sole traders who've finally found an easier way.
